Please also review our Terms and Conditions and Cookie Policy.
Faith Apostolic Gospel Temple ("FaithAGT," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to responsibly handling the personal information entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information when you visit faithagt.org, interact with forms hosted on our ministry management platform, make a donation, register for an event, submit a prayer request, volunteer, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with our ministries, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services").
Our public website does not currently provide visitor accounts, a member portal, a volunteer portal, or an online directory. Forms linked from our website are hosted on a separate, secured ministry management platform. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through both the public website and those linked forms.
By using the Services or voluntarily providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request it separately and clearly.
We may collect your name, email address, telephone or mobile number, mailing address, church or organization affiliation, communication preferences, and other contact information you voluntarily provide.
Depending on the form or ministry interaction, we may collect information regarding ministry interests, membership or visitor status, preferred ministries, requested services, email preferences, SMS consent, communication history, and other information relevant to the request.
For events, conferences, community programs, services, and other activities, we may collect registrant and participant names, contact information, ticket or registration selections, age category, parent or guardian information, church affiliation, meal selections, dietary or accessibility requests, emergency contacts where appropriate, attendance, event history, and information needed to administer the activity.
We may collect volunteer contact information, availability, skills, ministry preferences, assignments, training information, volunteer history, and, where implemented, emergency-contact information. FaithAGT does not currently collect background-check authorization through its general website forms. A future screening process, if adopted, will include separate notices and authorization as required.
Prayer requests and pastoral-care inquiries may contain personal or sensitive information. Prayer requests submitted through our forms are treated as private and are shared only with authorized pastors, ministers, or ministry leaders who need the information to respond appropriately.
We may collect donor or purchaser names, contact information, donation or payment amount, date, fund or ministry designation, recurring-giving instructions, memorial-gift information, anonymous-giving preferences, transaction status, limited payment-method information, and information needed to issue confirmations, acknowledgments, and year-end giving statements.
When you visit our public website, we and service providers supporting website operations may automatically collect limited technical and usage information.
Unless specifically requested through an authorized and appropriately secured process, please do not submit Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, complete payment-card details, banking passwords, detailed medical records, biometric information, or other highly sensitive information through a general form or ordinary email.
When you provide information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and, where appropriate, that you have directed the person to this Privacy Policy.
Contact, prayer request, event registration, Community Day registration, youth registration, volunteer registration, membership application, new visitor, donation, newsletter sign-up, baptism request, baby dedication, funeral request, wedding request, counseling request, Food Pantry registration, community outreach assistance, and similar forms are hosted on our ministry management platform rather than directly within the public website.
We collect only information reasonably necessary for the purpose of each form. Records may include Contacts, Leads, Event Orders, Participants, Donations, Volunteers, and Visitors, together with related attendance, giving, event, volunteer, consent, and communication-preference history.
Access to form submissions and ministry records is restricted to authorized personnel based on ministry and operational responsibilities.
Online donations, recurring gifts, event payments, and similar transactions are processed through a reputable third-party payment processor that maintains payment-industry security controls appropriate to its services. FaithAGT does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card-security codes on its website servers.
We may retain transaction information needed to administer donations, provide receipts and year-end statements, honor anonymous or memorial-gift preferences, manage restricted-fund designations, process authorized refunds, prevent fraud, and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Individuals outside the United States may make donations. Such transactions may involve international data transfers and may be subject to the payment processor’s terms, exchange rates, and applicable law.
Prayer requests are private and are shared only with authorized ministry leaders who need the information to provide prayer, pastoral support, or an appropriate ministry response.
Please do not submit information through a prayer or counseling form that is not reasonably necessary for the request. Website forms and ordinary email are not emergency channels and are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or other professional services.
If FaithAGT later implements a prayer wall or public prayer-sharing feature, participation will be optional and a separate notice or selection will explain what information will be public before it is posted.
FaithAGT operates a Food Pantry Ministry and may operate other community outreach and charitable assistance programs. These programs are ministries of Faith Apostolic Gospel Temple.
When an individual or household requests assistance, FaithAGT may collect information reasonably necessary to administer the ministry and provide services, including name, contact information, address or service-area information, household size and composition, number of adults and children, preferred language, appointment or distribution information, assistance history, and eligibility information when required by a program, grant, or funding source.
FaithAGT uses this information to schedule and confirm services, coordinate volunteers, maintain distribution and ministry records, evaluate program effectiveness, promote fair access, prevent duplication or misuse, and satisfy applicable legal, grant, funding, or reporting requirements.
Food Pantry and community assistance records are treated as confidential ministry information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers with a legitimate need to perform the applicable ministry or administrative function.
FaithAGT does not sell or disclose Food Pantry participant information for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes.
FaithAGT may photograph, livestream, or record worship services, conferences, outreach activities, community programs, youth activities, and other ministry events for worship, education, documentation, historical preservation, communications, and ministry promotion.
Where appropriate, photo and media consent is obtained through visitor, participant, youth, or event forms. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing consent for minors when required. FaithAGT will honor documented restrictions that are reasonably communicated before the activity, subject to practical limitations in large public gatherings and livestreamed worship environments.
Information about minors should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. We do not invite children under 13 to independently submit personal information through general forms. If a future child-directed online service or children’s check-in system collects information directly from children under 13, FaithAGT will provide additional notice and obtain legally required parental consent before collection.
If you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Faith Apostolic Gospel Temple, you consent to receive recurring informational, conversational, and ministry-related messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include service announcements, event and program reminders, registration information, schedule or weather updates, volunteer coordination, Food Pantry and community outreach notifications, visitor follow-up, devotional or ministry content, donation or giving-related administrative notices, and responses to inquiries.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s terms apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation, completing a purchase, registering for an event, receiving ministry services, receiving Food Pantry assistance, or otherwise engaging with FaithAGT.
Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, email ministry@faithagt.org, or visit faithagt.org/contact.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers and subcontractors that support message delivery, customer service, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or regulatory compliance, solely as necessary to provide those services or as required by law.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network and is not guaranteed.
FaithAGT may send newsletters, weekly announcements, event reminders, volunteer updates, year-end giving statements, birthday communications, visitor follow-up, administrative notices, and other ministry communications through our email services.
You may unsubscribe from nonessential promotional or ministry-update emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or by contacting us. We may continue to send necessary transactional, donation, event-registration, security, or administrative communications.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, analytics, embedded media, and website improvement. We use a consent-management tool to present available choices and record preferences. Where required, nonessential technologies are not activated until appropriate consent is provided.
Our website currently uses or may use website analytics, tag-management, session-insight, anti-spam, mapping, and embedded-video technologies. These technologies may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser details, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, interactions, and approximate location.
You may use the cookie banner or cookie-settings control to review or change available choices. You may also manage cookies through your browser. Disabling certain technologies may limit website functionality. Please review the Cookie Policy available on our website for the current cookie and service inventory.
Our website may display videos and livestreams, maps, forms, payment features, and other content provided through external services. Embedded content may behave as though you visited the external service directly and may collect information according to that provider’s privacy policy and your cookie-consent selections.
Our website may also contain links to other websites. FaithAGT does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services.
We engage reputable and trusted service providers to support website hosting, content delivery, web application security, automated backups, ministry management, data storage, online giving, payment processing, email delivery, text messaging, event registration, Food Pantry and community outreach administration, analytics, mapping, video hosting, anti-spam protection, cybersecurity, and technical support.
We make reasonable efforts to select providers that maintain privacy and security practices appropriate to the nature of the services and information involved. Where appropriate, providers may maintain recognized security programs, independent audits, certifications, attestations, or compliance standards such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or comparable controls.
The standards applicable to each provider vary by service. This statement does not represent that every provider holds every listed certification or that any certification eliminates all risk. Service providers may access only information reasonably necessary to perform their assigned functions and may not use FaithAGT SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be accessed by authorized pastors, ministers, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, or ministry leaders who need the information to perform an appropriate ministry, administrative, financial, safety, technical, or support function.
We may disclose information to trusted service providers acting on our behalf as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or consent to a particular disclosure.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to a lawful request; investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity; protect people, property, systems, or rights; enforce policies or agreements; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If FaithAGT undergoes a reorganization, consolidation, transfer of operations, or similar organizational change, relevant records may be transferred as permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
FaithAGT does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, text-message consent, Food Pantry participant information, prayer requests, pastoral-care information, donor records, or ministry relationship information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Where an applicable law treats a website technology as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activity, we will provide any legally required notice or consent mechanism through our cookie and privacy controls.
FaithAGT maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Current safeguards include multi-factor authentication, role-based permissions, password requirements, encryption, automated backups, access logging, security monitoring, restricted access, hosted content-delivery and web-application security protections, and review of authorized access.
We also make reasonable efforts to select service providers capable of maintaining appropriate safeguards and to limit access to authorized personnel who need information for legitimate ministry or operational purposes.
No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security or that information will never be accessed, used, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
FaithAGT retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate ministry, safety, legal, tax, accounting, historical, administrative, and security needs. Retention periods vary according to the record type, legal requirements, ongoing relationships, and operational necessity.
When information is no longer reasonably required, FaithAGT may delete, anonymize, aggregate, archive, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal holds, permanent historical or sacramental records, backup limitations, and applicable recordkeeping duties.
FaithAGT maintains or will maintain an internal records-retention schedule addressing ministry records, donations, finance, events, visitors, volunteers, Food Pantry and community outreach records, communications, security logs, and other records. Requests for deletion may be limited where retention is necessary to comply with law, preserve tax or financial records, document consent or opt-out status, protect safety, or establish or defend legal claims.
Our general website is not directed to children under 13, and visitors cannot create public website accounts. FaithAGT may operate youth, children’s, family, religious, educational, and community programs. Information about minors is collected from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult when reasonably necessary to register the child, administer the program, communicate about participation, support safety, or address accommodations.
Parents and guardians should not permit a child under 13 to independently submit personal information through our general forms. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information without appropriate authorization may contact us to request review, correction, or deletion.
Future services such as children’s check-in, member portals, mobile applications, or youth-directed online features may be subject to additional privacy notices, parental-consent requirements, and safety procedures before launch.
FaithAGT may use artificial intelligence-assisted tools for limited administrative purposes, currently including preparation of meeting summaries. AI-assisted output is reviewed by authorized personnel and is not used to make fully automated decisions concerning ministry participation, pastoral care, eligibility, donations, employment, volunteer acceptance, or access to services.
Personnel should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI tools. Information processed through approved AI-assisted workflows remains subject to access controls, retention requirements, confidentiality expectations, and this Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from nonessential emails through the mechanism in the message. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance.
You may review or change available cookie preferences through our consent banner or cookie-settings control and may also manage cookies through your browser.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with you, where applicable. You may also request that we stop certain communications.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a request. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information must be retained for tax, financial, legal, security, ministry-record, consent, opt-out, or safety purposes.
Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, we may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of the individual’s identity.
FaithAGT operates ministries in New York and Florida and applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to personal information. Depending on the law and whether it applies to FaithAGT, residents may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing and disclosures.
Privacy rights and obligations vary and may include exemptions based on the organization, activity, record, or applicable legal threshold. FaithAGT will evaluate requests under the law applicable to the request and will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
FaithAGT maintains procedures for reasonable data security, secure disposal, and response to suspected data incidents. Any legally required notice will be provided according to applicable law.
FaithAGT is based in the United States. If you access our Services or make a donation from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws of your country.
Where legally required and reasonably applicable to our activities, we will use appropriate safeguards or notices for cross-border processing.
FaithAGT is committed to providing an accessible website experience and strives to follow applicable accessibility requirements and recognized accessibility practices, including relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. If you experience difficulty accessing information or a feature, please contact us so that we can provide reasonable assistance or an alternative format.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. A statement of commitment does not guarantee that every page, embedded service, or third-party component will be free of accessibility barriers at all times.
FaithAGT may introduce additional services such as member, volunteer, or ministry-leader portals; online giving statements; mobile applications; prayer walls; online counseling requests; small-group registration; event ticketing; member or children’s check-in; push notifications; church directories; text-to-give; and recurring messaging programs.
Before implementing a materially different service, FaithAGT will evaluate the information collected, access controls, consent requirements, retention, children’s privacy, security, and any need for supplemental terms or notices. This Privacy Policy will apply unless a service provides a more specific notice.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our ministries, website practices, forms, technologies, legal obligations, or security practices. The revised policy will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
